Q: Are there any discounts for Group bookings?
A: Yes. Groups of 16 or more can purchase Park & Concert tickets at £1 less that the individual price. More details.

Q: What facilities are available for disabled visitors?
A: The concert site is fully accessible to all. For information regarding the Theme Park please visit the official Alton Towers site page Disabled Visitor Information and follow the link INFO. A reduced price ticket for both disabled visitor and carer is available. A viewing platform will be available for disabled guests.

Q: Do you accept promotional offers publicised by Alton Towers?
A: The Ultimate Event is a private function held at Alton Towers and we can not offer tickets at a reduced price in conjunction with any promotional campaign organized by Alton Towers. If you purchase tickets from Alton Towers directly to take advantage of any of their offers you would have to purchase a wristband to access the evening concert from Ultimate Events. The best value is still to purchase a full package from us.

Q: What time does the theme park open?
A: The park opens at 9.30 am and the rides start at 10.00 am.

Q: I have an annual pass for Alton Towers do I have to purchase a full ticket from Ultimate Events?
A: No. You only have to purchase a wrist band (concert only ticket) to gain access to the concert.

Q: What time does the concert begin?
A: The concert arena will open at 4.30 pm and the first band will start at 5 pm. The Theme park actually stays open until 5.30 pm.

Q: What time will the concert finish?
A: The concert is scheduled to end at 9:30 pm

Q: What accommodation is available in the area?
A: This year for the first time we are offering discounted accommodation packages at the on site Alton Towers Hotels. These packages include full access to the park and concert on Saturday and entry into Criba Creek Waterpark. For full details click here. A range of Hotel, Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering accommodation is available by visiting the official Alton Towers Website by clicking here. There are also a number of caravan and camping parks around the park.

Q: Where is the concert venue?
A: The concert tales place in Alton Towers Car Park G. This is a short walk from the main entrance of the actual theme park entrance. (The Alton Towers Ticket Plaza). Alternatively hop on the mono rail and this will take you to the Car Parks. On your short journey you will see the arena on your right hand side.
