Ultimate Events is the promotional arm of Milton Keynes Christian Centre a charity registered under number 1054324, the address of which appears below. Milton Keynes Christian Centre has created this Privacy Policy to explain the ways in which we (Milton Keynes Christian Centre) as data controller, will collect and process the personal data you provide to us when using this website (the “Site”).

If you are not happy with the ways in which we will collect and use your personal data, please do not continue to use this Site. By continuing to use the Site you are indicating that you are happy and agreeable to the ways in which we will collect and use your personal data as set out here.

When you place an order with us for Goods, or to register for a password protected area of the Site, you will be asked to provide certain personal information (such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address). We will use this personal information in the following ways:

1. to process and fulfil your order;
2. to provide you with a unique password to enable you to access password protected areas of the Site and to process and fulfil the second and any subsequent orders you may place;

IP ADDRESS/COOKIES

An IP address is the unique identifier which distinguishes your computer on the internet from every other computer, in a similar way to a telephone number. Your IP address will be logged by our server to be used to help us administer the Site. Your IP address will not be used to identify you personally, but may be used to assist in the detection of fraud and it may be passed on to the Police.

Cookies are small pieces of data which are automatically issued to your computer when you place on order on the Site. FINANCIAL INFORMATION

When you place an order you will be taken to a secure payment area where you will be asked to provide financial information (such as your card payment details). The secure payment area is part of our Site and is operated by Protx (the company we use to directly handle the payment part of the order process). We do not have access to the financial information you provide as it is dealt with directly by Protx. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information will not be disclosed by us except:

1. Where we are required to do so to comply with rules or regulations, to assist law enforcement (whether criminal or civil), or the detection and prevention of fraud;
2. Where we have your express consent to do so;
3. In the event that Milton Keynes Christian Centre is sold, or its undertaking or some of its assets are transferred, your personal information could also be transferred. If so, it will remain covered by this Privacy Policy.

When placing an order with us you will be asked to consent to being contacted by us in the future with promotional information relating to other events we feel you will be interested in. PHOTOGRAPHS

From time to time and for promotional purposes we may display on the Site photographs taken at events for which we have sold tickets. If you have attended such an event you may be identifiable in the photograph we have taken. If you object to the use of the photograph in which your are identifiable, please let us know by contacting us at billy@mkcc.org.uk or by telephoning 01908 670655 and we will remove the photograph from the Site. All rights proprietary or otherwise in relation to any removed photograph are reserved by us in our Website Terms and Conditions.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have a right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to correct any inaccuracies. We are entitled to charge you a fee for access to the personal information we hold about you, which is currently £10.
