ATTENTION: These Terms and Conditions apply to the entire contents of the Site under the domain name www.ultimateevents.org.uk (the "Site") and to any correspondence by e-mail between Us and You. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site as using the Site indicates that You accept these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether or not You choose to register with Us. If You do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site. These Terms and Conditions are issued by Ultimate Events, the promotional arm of Milton Keynes Christian Centre, a charity registered under number 1119304, the address of which appears below.

| 1.1 | An explanation of the defined terms used in these Terms and Conditions can be found at clause 11. |
| 1.2 | You may access most areas of the Site without registering Your details with Us. There are parts of the Site which are password protected areas (such as the Schools’ Extranet). You will only be able to access these areas if You register with Us. To register You will need to provide Us with certain information, likewise if You place an order for Goods. |
| 1.3 | By accessing any part of the Site, You shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If You do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, You must leave the Site immediately. |
| 1.4 | We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check the Site from time to time to review the then current Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on You and they create a Contract between Us and You. Certain provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages on the Site. |

LICENCE |
| 2.1 | You are permitted to print and download extracts from the Site for Your own use on the following basis: |
| (a) | no documents, photographs, images, sounds or sound bites or related graphics on the Site are modified in any way; |
| (b) | no graphics on the Site are used separately from the corresponding text; and |
| (c) | Our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appears in or on all copies. |
| 2.2 | Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all material on the Site (including without limitation photographs, sounds or sound bites and images) are owned by Us or Our licensors. | 3.1 | While We endeavour to ensure that the Site is normally available 24 hours a day, We shall not be liable in any way if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. |
| 3.2 | Access to the Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond Our control. |

| 4.4 | We shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or location of anyone posting any material in breach of clause 4.2 or clause 4.3 including any other personal information We hold about You which We are requested to disclose. REGISTRATION FOR PASSWORD PROTECTED AREAS |
| 6.1 | If You register access to a password protected area You will be sent a unique and individual password. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit You to share Your password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. |
| 6.2 | Responsibility for the security of the password issued rests with You. |

| Ultimate Events logo(s) as well as the words "Ultimate Events" are Our trade marks and can only be used with Our written permission. | |

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION |
| 10.1 | These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be dealt with exclusively by the English courts. |
| 10.2 | A person who is not a party to this Contract has no statutory right to enforce any term of this Contract. |
